Terms and Conditions These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and regulations for the use of Wasftkom's website and mobile application, collectively referred to as the "Platform". By accessing this Platform, you agree to accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page. If you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated here, please do not use the Platform.
1. Use of the Platform and Services. We are not agents of the available products and are not responsible for their licenses or any problems with them, only the agent is responsible.
We are a platform and not a pharmacy and do not provide medicine within our warehouse. We only purchase it from the pharmacy and deliver it to the customer as a service provided by Wasftkom.
A prescription for medicines must be available in order for us to purchase and deliver them.
Users acknowledge that Wasftkom is not responsible for the quality of the goods, including any discrepancies or differences from what is advertised on the Platform.
2. Personal Information Users must create an account to use the Service, and provide personally identifiable information such as name, phone number and email address.
We encourage users to carefully consider the information they share and they are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
Wasftkom may collect demographic information about users and allow them to provide additional information as part of their profile.
3. Payment Users may be asked to provide credit or debit card details for payment. Users agree to provide accurate information and are solely responsible for the security of their payment details.
Wasftkom reserves the right to provide or remove payment methods at its discretion.
Payment processing is handled by third party service providers, and Wasftkom does not store credit card or payment information.
4. Prohibited Activities on the Platform Users agree not to engage in illegal or prohibited activities on the Platform, including but not limited to posting infringing content, engaging in cyberbullying, or impersonating others.
Wasftkom reserves the right to investigate and take action against any prohibited activities, including removing content or terminating a user’s access.
5. Amendments Wasftkom reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes on the Platform. Users are advised to review these Terms regularly.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
6. Cancellation Wasftkom may cancel orders for various reasons, including product unavailability or out-of-coverage areas.
