This lotion is great for removing eye makeup. It's especially good at shifting mascara. It's almost like applying water, is not sticky, and leaves no residue behind. A big plus is that it doesn't sting if it gets in your eye. It evaporates quickly, so when applied on a cotton pad it does its job and is gone straight away.
